Our hospitality management programme in Hotel and Resort Management places academic theory within a practical context.
The course is suitable for those who intent to pursue a career in the hotel and resort industry.
Our programme in Hotel and Resort Management equips learners with the knowledge, understanding, training, skills and personal qualities they will need to make a useful contribution as soon as they start work in the industry.
Hotel and Resort Management: equips learners for employment in the licensed trade, specialist culinary arts or the leisure and tourism sectors. They can focus on their individual interests such as hotel, restaurants and hospitality services.
Course Structures at both levels are modular, with opportunities for specialism.
On successful completion, Students can progress onto the final year of the Bachelor of Hospitality Management at Chindwin’s academic partner universities…
All 16 modules are assessed by projects and written assignments. There are no formal examinations but some modules contain in-class tests. Students are also taught employability and life skills to ease their transition from classroom to the workplace.
Tow academic years of 4 semesters of classroom laboratory and Workshop activities.
Undergraduates OR National Diploma or a City & Guilds Diploma in appropriate discipline OR Any other training and academic qualification which the College may consider acceptable.
